So 21 Days India Monuments Tour Package is designed to take you on a tour of these monuments that stand as the guardian pillars of India’s cultural heritage. On this tour visit some of the World Heritage Sites of India that brings to the fore some of the most amazing examples of architectural grandeur that took place in India in the gone by era’s and became an inspiration for the future generations.
After arrival at Delhi airport, you will be received by our representative, who’ll arrange transfer to one of our listed hotels. Check-in at the hotel. The day is to be spent resting in your hotel room. In the evening you have the option to explore the pulsating night life of Delhi. Enjoy a comfortable night stay at the hotel.
Next morning after breakfast, embark on a city tour of Delhi. The major tourist attractions of Delhi include Birla Mandir, Qutab Minar, Red Fort, India Gate, the Jama Masjid, Humanyun Tomb, and President’s House. In the evening visit Red Fort to witness the impressive light and sound show. Night to be spent at the hotel.
Post breakfast, leave for Khajuraho by surface. Upon arrival, check-in at one of our listed hotels. After resting for a while, embark on a guided tour of Khajuraho. Start driving towards the group of famous Chandela dynasty temples. These temples are known worldwide for their spectacular erotic, sculptures and carvings that leaves the visitors spellbound. The Western group of temples, dedicated to Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu includes the Kandariya Mahadeo temple, the Matangeshwar Temple, the Lakshmana Temple, and the Varaha Temple. Spend overnight at the hotel.
Post breakfast, leave for Agra by road. Stop midway to visit Fathepur Sikri and explore places like Salim Chisti's Tomb, Jama Masjid, Panch Mahal etc. Later in the day, visit the Itmad-ud-Daula's Tomb that provides the visitors with some interesting insight into Mughal architecture. Another must watch architectural wonder, is the Red Fort that is frequented by hundreds of visitors every day. In the evening return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Early morning visit the Taj Mahal, the seventh wonder of the world and admire it for its majestic architecture. This alluring white marble monument with intricate designs in its interiors never fails to enchant a visitor. Later visit the Pearl Mosque and the tomb of Itamad-ud-Daula built by Empress Noorjehan in memory of her father. Return to the hotel in the evening for overnight stay at the hotel.
Post breakfast, leave for Jaipur by surface. Upon arrival, check-in at one our enlisted hotels. The major tourist attractions scheduled for day includes the Jal Mahal, Jaigarh Fort, Central Museum and Birla Mandir. Spend the evening as to your liking. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
The next day begins with an excursion to the Amber Fort. We will ride up to this hill top palace on a caparisoned elephant. On reaching the palace visit the Palace of Mirror and the Hall of Public Audience. The afternoon remains busy with the city tour featuring City Palace along with the Royal Observatory and Hawa Mahal. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.
Next day after breakfast, lead to Jodhpur. Jodhpur- “The Sun City”. The city is bestowed with mesmerizing and scenic landscapes. The city is renowned as the Sun City since it features bright and sunny weather throughout the year. On reaching Jodhpur, check-in at one of our enlisted hotels. Post lunch visit the Government Museum and the beautiful Umed Garden. In the evening you may take a leisurely walk to the local market of Jodhpur. Retire for the night at the hotel.
In the morning post breakfast, embark on full day excursion tour to the beautiful forts and palaces including the Mehrangarh fort, Umaid Bhavan Palace, Jaswant Thada and the Raj Ka Bag Palace.Early in the evening enjoy short safari to the villages of Bishnoi tribals to view there custom and cultures from close quarters. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Post breakfast, drive straight to Udaipur- “Venice of the East”. En route visit Ranakpur for the largest and most beautifully preserved Jain Temples in India. After visiting Jain temples of Ranakpur proceed to visit the graceful Kumbhalgarh fort. After which you continue your drive to Udaipur. On arrival, check-in at one of our enlisted hotels. Rest and relax for the day. In the evening enjoy boat ride at the Pichola Lake. Also visit the Lake Palace, one of the finest examples of architectural and cultural detailing. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Post breakfast, embark on a city tour of Udaipur. The major tourist hotspots of Udaipur cover the City Palace Museum, Sahelion Ki Bari, Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandal, Folk Art Museum and Jagdish Temple. In the evening visit the City Palace on the banks of the Pichola Lake along with the Monsoon Palace on the hill above that enhances the beauty of this magnificent city. Enjoy comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.
Today morning after breakfast drop to the airport to board the flight for Mumbai, on arrival transfer to the hotel, later take the city tour covering Gateway of India, Juhu & Chowpati beach, Dhobi ghat , Hanging garden, overnight stay in the hotel.
Today morning drop to the airport to board the flight for Aurangabad. On arrival in Aurangabad ,check-in at one of our listed hotels. Later take excursion to Ajanta Caves. This UNESCO World Heritage Site, are 30 rock-cut Buddhist caves. These caves were built in 2 phases and can rightly be called a Buddhist masterpiece. Containing paintings and sculptures, these caves are protected monuments, under the care of ASI. Night halt at the hotel.
Post breakfast, leave for the sightseeing of the Ellora Caves, Aurangabad caves as well as Daulatabad Fort. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Ellora Caves are carved out of the Charanandri hills. Belonging to 3 different religions, have 12 Buddhist (Caves 1 to 12), 17 Hindu (Caves 13 to 29) and 5 Jain Caves (30 to 34) caves. Aurangabad Caves, 12 in number are artificial Buddhist caves, built during the 6th and 7th century. Night halt at the hotel.
In the morning, transfer to Aurangabad airport to board a flight to Mumbai. On reaching Mumbai, transfer to one of our listed hotels. Later take excursion to Elephanta caves and can enjoy a shopping excursion. Spend overnight at hotel.
Today morning drop to the airport to board the flight for Madurai, on arrival transfer to the hotel, later take the sightseeing tour of the city famous for Meenakshi Temple. In the day explore Meenakshi Temple for intricate design and beauty. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Next morning after breakfast, leave for Chettinad. The Chettinad is a major tourist spot dotted with temples, old palatial buildings, woodcraft, textiles and architecture. On reaching Chettinad, check-in at one of our listed hotels. After relaxing for a while, proceed to visit the huge country homes of the Chettiars one of the major tourist attraction of Chettinad. Also visit the Chettinad museum which showcases the traditional jewellery, textiles, utensils, and all other unique lifestyle products of the Chettiyars. In the evening return to Madurai for an overnight stay.
In the morning start for Trichy- the city located on the banks of river Kaveri. En-route visit Tanjore city famous for its temples. Out of the 74 temples Brihadeshwara temple is the most famous temple. Enjoy full-day excursion to the famous Ranganath Temple. Also pay visit to the temples at Jambukeshwar and Srirangam. Relax for the night at the hotel in Trichy.
Next morning, post breakfast, board a train to Chennai from the Trichy railway station. On arrival at Chennai railway station, meet our representative who’ll guide you to one of our listed hotels. Check-in at the hotel. After resting for a while, embark on a sightseeing tour of Chennai. The major tourist attractions to visit include the Fort St. George, Kapaleeswar Temple and the National Art Gallery. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, proceed to visit the finest examples of ancient South Indian architecture - Kanchipuram and Mahabalipuram temples. The day is to be spent at leisure. Today get transferred to the Chennai airport to board a flight to Delhi from where you can catch a connecting flight for your onward destination.
